What's the minimum order quantity?+
Our smallest pack is 12 bottles (Starter Pack at $149). There's no minimum beyond that — order as few or as many as you need.
How long does it take to receive our order?+
Standard orders ship within 5 business days. Team Packs ship in 3 days, and Department Packs get express 2-day shipping. Rush orders are available on request.
What are the ingredients? Any allergen concerns?+
Our hot sauces are vegan, gluten-free, and made with all-natural ingredients: peppers, vinegar, garlic, and spices. Full ingredient lists are printed on every bottle. We can accommodate most dietary requirements.
Can we get an invoice for our finance team?+
Absolutely. We provide proper invoices with every order. For Department Packs and above, we also support PO-based purchasing and NET 30 terms.
Can we customize the sauce recipe or bottle design?+
For orders of 100+ bottles, we offer full custom label design. For 250+ bottles, we can create a completely custom sauce recipe with your team. Contact us for details.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship to the US and Canada. International shipping is available for orders of 50+ bottles — reach out and we'll get you a quote.
